We can advise on matters such as:

Courts-Martial

Civilian Police Interviews

Members of Association of Military Court Advocates

We also regularly take cases from the Armed Forces Criminal Legal Aid Authority (AFCLAA).

Military Law

Malletts are proud of their reputation for advising members
of the armed forces, Regular and Reserve, for both criminal
and administrative investigations whether brought by
Service Police, civilian police or by Higher Authority
(such as AGAI 67).

All persons are entitled to free and independent legal advice when arrested and interviewed. We believe that all Service Personnel (and those under military jurisdiction) deserve to
be fiercely defended to achieve the best possible outcome.

Malletts have considerable experience with the particular
needs of Service Personnel and providing representation in
both civilian and military court proceedings. We represent
military personnel throughout the world, wherever there is
a UK military base.

Recent cases have involved representing members of the Special Forces, Navy and RAF. Malletts have also represented clients in cases arising from the Iraq and Afghanistan
conflicts.
