As one of a small number of specialist law firms appointed to the Specialist Fraud Panel the Serious Fraud Litigation team brings to bear considerable experience of both civil and criminal investigations and prosecutions mounted by all the major law enforcement bodies including the National Crime Squad, the Serious Fraud Office, Department of Trade and Industry, HM Revenue and Customs
and the Financial Services Authority.

The firm has specialist knowledge of the law on Money Laundering, Missing Trader Fraud, VAT
Fraud, Share Fraud and Mortgage Fraud. The firm has had considerable involvement in overseas
investigations and prosecutions and is used to working closely with overseas lawyers and their
clients and if required can call upon leading barristers, QCs, forensic accountants and other key
specialists as necessary.
