Richard Mallett

 

Senior Solicitor and Chief Executive Officer of Malletts Solicitors.

 

Recommended leading individual in the UK 2010 Chambers &
Partners Guide to the Legal Profession. His practice covers all
areas of serious crime and fraud litigation, including murder and manslaughter cases, prosecutions brought by the SFO and HMRC
and also Courts Martial proceedings. Particular expertise in all
types of complex fraud, money laundering and regulatory matters.
He has represented many well known public and international
figures from the fields of sport, politics and media; most recently
acting for a number of current international rugby players.

 

Richard is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association,
Association of Military Court Advocates and the British Association
for Sport and Law.
