Neil Remnant

 

Neil has vast experience in Family Law having been in practice
for 35 years.  His particular expertise is in Children Act related
matters including Care Proceedings, acting for parents against
Local Authorities and also Private Law Children Act matters,
acting in cases relating to Residence, Contact and Leave to
Remove Children from the Jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Neil also has considerable financial experience, having dealt with
many Ancillary Relief cases in the past, some with assets of over
£5 million, he acted for the Petitioner in the first pension-sharing
case to be approved by the Inland Revenue following the change
in law. 

Neil is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and also an
Accredited Specialist of Resolution, being the only Accredited
Specialist in the King’s Lynn area, with particular specialisation in
advanced financial provision and Private Children Law matters. 
Neil’s client base is drawn from London, Norfolk, Cambridgeshire,
Lincolnshire, Kent, Sussex, The Isle of Wight, Yorkshire and
Northumberland.
