Lydia Finnimore

 

Lydia is a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department, with experience in a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution
cases.  She deals with both domestic and international matters
for companies and individuals.  Lydia frequently attends the High
Court and Finance and Tax Tribunal. 

 

Her recent experience includes Judicial Review proceedings against
the Secretary of State for Defence; freezing injunction applications; hedge fund and banking disputes; directors’ disqualification
proceedings; and asset tracing in fraud cases.  She also acted on
the high profile case of Livewire in a landmark victory against

HMRC. 

 

Lydia is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
