James Martin MacWhirter

 

James qualified in 1999 and has practised in criminal law since,
qualifying as a duty solicitor in 2000.  James supervises the
Magistrates' Court Department. 

 

He has represented many clients from arrest to trial for a broad
range of criminal offences including large scale conspiracies to
supply drugs, murder and rape. 

 

James also has expertise in representing those charged with
road traffic offences.
