Deborah Wahle

 

Deborah has over 20 years’ experience in criminal defence work
with particular expertise in the defence of serious fraud, misuse of
Drugs and all levels of criminal cases where issues of human rights
and civil liberties arise.


Deborah has advised clients in cases involving City of London
police enquiries; multi-jurisdictional customs & excise investigations; international money-laundering investigations, restraint orders, and applications under the Proceeds of Crime Act.


Deborah’s experience of criminal litigation includes defending
individuals charged murder, manslaughter, money laundering,
sexual offences, drugs and violence, and dishonesty offences.

Deborah is presently a senior member on two of the firms Very High Costs Cases that have a combined estimated loss to Revenue and Customs of £1.1billion.
